**Pre-StarSkate (passed CanSkate level 3*)**

This program is a continuation of the CanSkate programming and allows the skaters to continue their skills and begin to develop power and speed working through Levels 4,5 & 6. In addition to agility, balance and control, the artistry of figure skating elements are a focus. Skills are taught in progression and skaters progress at their own pace. Skaters will have group or semi-private lessons with professional coaches. These lessons will occur within the scheduled PreStarSkate ice time and are booked with and billed directly from each coach every month. (All communication in regards to coaching fees and lessons is done directly between the coach and parents)

Required Equipment:

Figure skates (lace up are preferred)

CSA approved helmet (all skaters must wear a helmet until they have passed Canskate level 5)

2025/2026 Season

Tuesday 4:00-5:00pm at the Servus Sports Centre

Friday 4:15-5:15pm at the Cenovus Energy Hub- Coop Community Arena

2 sessions/week $500.00 + $65 Skate Canada registration

+ plus monthly coaching fee

Payment options available for payments made to LSC

Fundraising requirements: available upon registration

Fundraising obligations are non-negotiable. Registering your skater in a program gives full acknowledgement and acceptance of fundraising requirements. -If you wish to forego all fundraising requirements and obligations you can supply a cheque for $300 dated October 1.
